foundation plan
The features of a residential foundation plan include walls above, concrete walls, concrete piers, footing, beams and columns, and floor joists. Concrete is a key material in making a foundation plan. The beams that support the decks are in the ground mounted up for the most potential support possible. The foundation plan includes a crawl space so you can go under your house and into the foundation in case you need to get down there because of foundation issues or animals living or stuck under the house in the foundation. When you do the concrete you have to put hatching to show that it is the material concrete and you use a special kind of hatching out of all the choices. You use hidden lines to show that the walls of the house are still there in the foundation plan. Those are all the features of a residential plan.
